A detailed curriculum planned by Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) is pursued at the institute, wherein industry experts, along with academicians, drafted it and was prepared after in-depth consultation with industry requirements, as well as student requirements were taken into account. Experienced Faculty & Modern Infrastructure
Akash Institute of Engineering and Technology has faculty members who have hands-on experience in their subject matters, making the college one of the top engineering colleges. The high-tech classrooms enable the students to have the optimum classroom experience. The classroom will have the capacity of sixty-six students with good space provided in order to have good ventilation, good temperature, and motion in the room. Classrooms are coloured with ergonomic seating arrangements, smartboards and whiteboards, projectors and screens, proper illumination, Wi-Fi and internet connection, and audio-visual devices.
Specialized Courses & Innovation Focus
Along with the normal degree programs, AIET is also developing specialized courses in advanced Robotics and AI integration, quantum computing engineering, cyber-physical systems and IoT engineering, AI-enabled biomedical engineering, autonomous vehicles and smart transportation, and nanotechnology and materials engineering to further equip and empower the knowledge and skills of students towards better entrepreneurship and placements.
State-of-the-Art Laboratory Facilities
The institute has well-equipped labs, viz, Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Computer Labs (Data Structure Lab, Python Lab, Database Management System, Java Lab, C-Programming, OS Lab), CAED Lab, and Analog and Digital System Design Lab, LabVIEW/XILINX/Pspice Simulation Lab, Skill Lab (including MATLAB). Students are given practical skills and experience that are necessary in their engineering practice through these laboratories.

AIET has been in partnership with “Nestling” via VTU in all the above matters, such as international internships, limited semesters abroad at partnered universities, final-year degrees abroad, support in scholarship, and international placement. Facilities offered in the campus are well equipped classrooms and laboratories, seminar halls, library including digital library facility, Wi-Fi enabled boys hostel with 400 accommodations and girls hostel with 700 accommodations, canteen, laundry facility, fire safety compliance, common reading room, healthcare and medical facility, ambulance facility, auditorium with 1500 seating capacity and transportation facility.
