Physio Next Gen Science Expo 2026
Akash Institute of Physiotherapy organized the Physio Next Gen Science Expo 2026 on 14th March for the 1st-year BPT (2025–26 batch) at the college premises.
The event aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their knowledge, practical skills, and innovative ideas in physiotherapy. The expo featured a variety of models, charts, and live demonstrations covering key areas such as Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Biomechanics.
Students presented working models explaining joint movements, muscle functions, and the role of anatomical structures and physiological actions. Interactive sessions allowed visitors to ask questions and experience simple assessment techniques and exercises.
The event was judged by a panel of experts including Dr. Wilma, HOD of the Biochemistry Department, and Dr. Esha from the Anatomy Department, who evaluated the projects based on creativity, scientific accuracy, presentation skills, and practical application. The students participated with great enthusiasm, showcasing innovative ideas and receiving appreciation from faculty members and visitors.
